Customer service is key, according to OKEx CEO

OKEx CEO Jay Hao recently indicated that customer service is a fundamental aspect of business, as part of an interview with Cointelegraph.

It can be said that the cryptcoin industry began with the creation of Bitcoin more than 10 years ago. As part of a young sector, many blockchain and crypto companies are still finding their place in their products, services and offerings, while others are looking to perfect their operations. „Without customer feedback or suggestions, or something like that, we would miss out on a lot,“ Hao explained.

Hao mentioned an analogy that highlights the valuable insight that users bring to companies. „It’s like we’re building something in our own garage without knowing what’s going on outside the world,“ she added, noting the importance of customer feedback and the perspective of the world outside that garage.

Hao also mentioned the importance of the customer relationship with OKEx and the entity’s relationship with users.

Binance, another dominant player in the Immediate Edge crypto-currency exchange space, also values customer interaction. Binance’s CEO and founder, Changpeng Zhao, or CZ, said recently that he spends about 20% of his time on Twitter for community involvement.
